Hoi lezers,

Kennen jullie het blad Craft Stamper? Ik vind het een erg leuk en inspirerend tijdschrift. Ik koop hem zo vaak het kan, maar helaas lukt dat niet elke maand (moet een half uur rijden voor de dichtstbijzijnde winkel die hem verkoopt, en hij is meestal binnen een week uitverkocht!).
Craft stamper heeft ook een blog met challenges, en deze maand hebben ze een challenge om op tissuepapier te stempelen (en er dan iets van te maken).

Do you know the magazine Craft Stamper? I really enjoy it and find it inspiring. I try to buy the magazine as often as I can, but unfortunately that doesn't succeed every month (I have to drive for half an hour to the first store that has it, and it is sold out there within a week!).
Craft stamper also has a blog with challenges, and this month the challenge is to stamp on tissuepaper (and make something with that).

Hiervoor heb ik twee kaarten gemaakt. De eerste laat ik hier zien: (de tweede komt straks in een aparte blogpost)
For this challenge I made two cards. The first one you see here: (the second gets its own blogpost)

De basis is een witte kaart die ik met PanPastels geel/oranje/rood heb gemaakt. Op een stukje wit tissuepapier heb ik de locomotief gestempeld (Viva stamps) en dit tissuepapier met ModPodge op de basiskaart geplakt. Daarna heb ik de kaart versierd met geembosd papier (bovenaan de kaart) met daarover heen (zelfgekleurd) zelfklevend lint (Acton), uitgeknipte klokken (dessinpapier), postzegel stickers, tickets en een radertje.
The base is a white card that I coloured yellow/orangte.red with PanPastels. I stamped the train (Viva Stamps) on white tissuepaper and glued this with modpodge on the coloured card. Then I decorated the card with black embossed paper (on the topside of the card) with (selfcoloured) ribbon on top of that, I cut  out some clocks, and sticked some self adhesive "stamps", tickets and a cogwheel on the bottom.
